Shocking Scrappy Stars!

Where have I been, you ask? Well I haven't been incarcerated....and I haven't been blogging either! LOL

So I'll remedy the latter with a post about some SHOCKINGLY bright Scrappy stars that I've recently sewn up! I'm doing this monthly gig with Terry, my 2 BFFs Michelle and Peg and some other great gals...you can read all about it here and maybe join along with us! I've chosen a cheddar yellow solid for the background and I am thinking of setting them with alternating scrappy string blocks.

I LOVE my scraps, and had all the proper sizes for a 12" block already precut! So how could I not join in the sew-along fun!

I do have several projects that I've finished since February and will post more about them soon..I promise ;)

Until then, Keep Sewing!

Well, there you are! Delightful stars, scrappy as I always love best, and that yellow really sets them off. Will be watching, that is if you don't poof again. :)

Love your scrappy stars with the bright yellow background. I did go to the blog after seeing Michelle's scappy stars. Probably won't join you this time but did "bookmark" the site for later.

Love the blocks and fabrics, Robin. Way to go to use some scraps. Did you even make a dent in that pile? :)

I had a blog once, but Juno closed all of their accounts of them. Bummer. Gotta get the hang of transferring pictures from camera to screen before I start again. Hubbs doesn't get it either...so I think it will be awhile. :o(
